The Team support the Client's business on a daily basis by reviewing and drafting documents for employment, supply, and procurement. We assist with resolving legal issues and disputes related to the drugs supply, purchase, pricing, and registration.
GlaxoSmithKline's mission is to make medicines and vaccines accessible to all the people in Kazakhstan, helping them to feel better and to live longer being the ultimate goal. The legal assistance we provided to the Client have enabled us to supply Kazakhstan with innovative, established, and affordable medicines to fight respiratory, HIV, immuno-inflammation, urology, and oncology.
Also, as a result of our daily legal support, the Client works with government bodies (e.g., the National Centre for Expertise of Medicines and Medical Devices, the Ministry of Health) and signs contracts with various distribution organisations involved in the sale of medicines, thereby developing the pharmaceutical business and the sector across Kazakhstan.
