We advised the Client on all corporate matters of its affiliated companies in Kazakhstan. The Team provided legal services during general meetings of the shareholders, acting on behalf of the Firebird Management LLC, with BTA Bank JSC and CNPC-Aktobemunaigas JSC. We appealed the decisions taken and managed investment contracts. Our Experts also obtained Business Identification Numbers, opened brokerage accounts in an investment company, BCC Invest, and cooperated with auditors and brokers on financial credit instruments transfer.
