Vadim completed his studies at the esteemed State University "Higher School of Economics" in 2003, and achieved remarkable academic success by obtaining a master’s degree in LLM from the prestigious University of Manchester. Vadim's professional trajectory boasts notable contributions to esteemed institutions. He served as an Assistant Professor at AlmaU, where he imparted his knowledge and expertise to students.
Vadim's extensive experience encompasses a significant tenure as a Senior Research Fellow at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration from 2002 to 2022. Throughout his career, Vadim has collaborated with several esteemed institutions: the Working Centre for Economic Reforms under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Institute for Economic Problems of the Transitional, the Russian-European Centre for Economic Policy, and the Institute of Economic Research in the Republic of Kazakhstan. With an impressive professional track record spanning over 24 years, including 19 years of specialised work. Vadim actively participates in the Association of Antimonopoly Experts.

А65-7241/2012, А53-24194/2014, А53-722/2013, А28-8418/2014, А61-110/2015, А65-20903/2015, А65-19383/2017) and expert witness (case no. А56-23056/2013) in arbitration proceedings.
