5. Decide on the amount of the authorised charter capita

6. Choose the category of entrepreneurship (subject of small business, medium or large business)

7. Collect the necessary documents in accordance with the legislation of the RK

8. Apply for registration to NJSC "State Corporation" "Government for Citizens"

9. Obtain an IIN for the director (in case of a foreign citizen)

Registration documents:

Application in established state form
Resolution on registration of the company
Memorandum of association
Charter of the head (founder) company
Passport / identity card of the general director / director of the company
Certificate of registration of the founder or extract from the trade register
Tax extract of the head (founder) company
A copy of the founder's passport (in the case of a foreign person - with a notarized translation into Kazakh and Russian)
State duty receipt
