Raushana is a legal advisor and draws on over 16 years of experience to counsel clients on a wide range of matters involving particulars of Renewables, Oil & Gas, Corporate and M&A, Infrastructure and PPP, Project Finance in Kazakhstan. She has wide expertise in the field of renewable energy projects, particularly Green Economy development, and infrastructure and PPP regulations. Raushana has been providing the Government authorities, large national and international companies, financial institutions, investors and developers with strategic advice on investing in energy and infrastructure projects. While her areas of interest are diverse, Raushana applies her knowledge in the development of the Energy and Infrastructure Industry legislations, structuring transactions and their financing, preparation of legal/normative acts related to the construction of energy facilities. Her professional affiliations regularly include expert advisory on PPP and Renewable projects in Central Asian countries, such as Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia and Armenia. Due to her extensive experience in the sectors, she is a preferred council for EBRD, ADB and other international financial institutions in connection with policymaking and institutional advice.
