  • Advised on legal and regulatory matters related to the operations of the national air carrier and major mining and metallurgical assets in Kazakhstan, as well as on the acquisition of participatory interests in large oil and gas fields. The aggregate value of these projects exceeds USD 1 billion.

  • Coordinated legal workstreams and engagement with international law firms in an arbitration case involving the Government of Kazakhstan and th Samruk-Kazyna groupof companies, with claims amounting to approximately USD 600 million.

  • Contributed to the development of the “People’s IPO” programme and the drafting of a legislative package designed to enable and implement the initiative aimed at expanding public access to national assets.

  • Supported the settlement of a potential international arbitration dispute with a foreign investor under a 3,000 MW thermal power plant (TPP) construction project, with the investor’s claims valued at up to USD 900 million.

  • Participated in negotiations with foreign investors on renewable energy projects with an aggregate value of approximately USD 5 billion, covering joint activity agreements, investment frameworks, and intergovernmental arrangements.
