- Assisted Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Company Limited (CNPC's subsidiary) in connection with various issues of construction and operation of the China-Central Asia gas pipeline (known also as Line A, B and C projects) which runs gas fields in Turkmenistan through Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan to China. Line A and B gas pipelines are the first gas pipeline that CNPC has ever built in Kazakhstan
- Participated in CNPC’s construct of a large-diameter steel pipe manufacturing facility with its local business partner in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This is the first large-diameter steep pipe manufacturing that CNPC ever built in Kazakhstan, and it is the No. 1 project under China-Kazakhstan Capacity Cooperation Program
- Participated in China Construction Bank’s establishment of its CCB Astana Branch in Astana International Financial Center in Kazakhstan. CCB is authorized by the AIFC Authority to carry on the banking services and capital market operations through its Astana Branch in the AIFC. CCB is second largest bank in the world by total assets and is the first fully authorized branch of a foreign bank in the AIFC
- Participated Geo-Jade’s acquisition of 95% shares of Maten Petroleum from its three individual shareholders, which has become the largest M&A transaction by a Chinese non-state-owned enterprise in Kazakhstan
- Participated in CNPC’s oil and gas pipeline JVs’ litigation cases against its sub-contractors and Kazakhstan competent authorities relating to their Orders and Decisions on tariffs
- Participated in Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Company Limited’s China-Central Asia gas pipeline project (also known as Line D project) which will run from gas fields in Turkmenistan through Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan to China. Line D project will become the most complicated gas pipeline engineering and construction project in the world
