Her practice covers both private practice and senior in-house roles, where she has focused on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and dispute resolution mandates for major international clients.
- Advised Akkuyu Nuclear JSC on legal and contractual matters, including drafting and successfully negotiating a US$3 billion partial novation under the EPC contract and developing an industry-specific EPC framework for turbine islands. Provided support in dispute resolution and potential arbitration on an EPC project exceeding US$400 million.
- Advised the multinational corporation engaged in the extraction, production, transport, and sale of petroleum, natural gas, and electricity on projects in Uzbekistan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan and Egypt, assisting the commercial teams and the board of directors in resolving high value claims from corporation’s contractors.
