Ayana is a Partner at Unicase and a Head of Tashkent office. She has more than 10 years’ experience in advising corporate practice clients, including mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international corporate finance, IPOs, private equity, joint ventures, public takeovers, corporate governance, restructuring, and insolvency. Ayana has a profound track record in many industries such as corporate law and M&A, finance and securities.

Ayana has significant experience in conducting complex due diligence of oil and gas and mining companies, implementing acquisitions and disposals, including transactions governed by foreign law. She works across a wide spectrum of corporate issues, advising on optimal investment and corporate vehicles to meet Clients’ particular needs and protect their interests. Recently, Ayana has been advising clients in energy, PPP and infrastructure projects related to the Uzbekistan jurisdiction.
