She assists the team on complex transactional and regulatory projects, contributing to the preparation of corporate documents, legal research, due diligence, and multi-jurisdictional coordination.

Supported banking team advising a major client on a cross-border loan to a global vanadium mining group, including research on the permissibility of a convertible royalty option under Kazakh law and security requirements for subsoil users. Assisted with reviewing financial and security documentation to confirm regulatory compliance and structuring considerations.

Assisted corporate team acting as Kazakh legal counsel on a proposed acquisition of at least 51% equity in a Kazakhstan-based mining company. Contributed to full-scope legal due diligence on the target and its subsidiaries, including mining licenses, land plots, corporate records, and compliance documentation.

Supported corporate team on the due diligence and research workstream for Sinotrans proposed acquisition of up to 50% of a freight rail transshipment terminal at Dostyk Port, contributing to the preparation of the Legal Environment Report and document review for the M&A process.

Provided research, document preparation and regulatory review support to the corporate team advising Bolt on its micromobility expansion in Kazakhstan. Work included assisting with data localisation analysis, data transfer requirements, operator roles, privacy compliance, and corporate and contractual documentation for the launch of e-scooter operations.
