We act as experts in international arbitration on a variety of issues: from breach of contract and expropriation of assets to disputes over the purchase price. We work both with law firms and directly with our clients to provide independent, objective Expert Witness services for assessing losses in claims in major arbitration institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and other international dispute resolution instances. Our services also span insurance and reinsurance companies, as well as their clients, to provide independent and objective services for assessing losses due to business interruption and stock losses.

International Arbitration Services

Our arbitration lawyers provide services of representation of interests in international arbitrations with the view of the application of international public and private international law, as well as international arbitration dispute resolution and other consulting and arbitration services in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and other Central Asian countries, including:

Organization of proceedings and representation of clients' interests in courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration mediation in the territory of a foreign State, including the judicial authorities of arbitration in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and other Central Asian countries;
