Advising Kazakhstan construction company on labour issues


Unicase developed the rules of labor regulations and other acts of the employer regulating the conditions of employees’ beneficiation, work shifts, registration and secondment, as well as the development of provisions of the conciliation Commission and the enforcement of the collective agreement in accordance with the Labour code.
